Orgasmic Meditation 

Orgasmic Meditation (OM) is a 15-minute partnered practice in which a stroker (often a man but not exclusively) lightly strokes the clitoris of a female partner or strokee, with no goal other than that they both keep attention on sensation in their bodies and at the point of connection between them. 


Orgasmic Meditation provides an accessible way to practice and understand the principles of orgasmic living. 


Fifteen minutes at a time, practitioners discover for themselves the centrality of core conditions like desire, connection, and creating a sense of safety through boundaries and containers, to having a fulfilling experience of life. 


Those who learn OM experiences say they feel less stress, deeper feelings of relaxation, and an increase in their sense of being vitally alive. They often describe the discovery of a new relationship with their bodies and sexuality, as well as, a new understanding of what it really means to be connected to others.
