There are a number of supplies needed for the practice of Orgasmic Meditation (OM). 

 

These include at least one blanket, three medium-sized pillows for the head and each leg, as well as, a zafu or firm cushion for the stroker to sit on. Other items that make up an OM “nest” include a clean washcloth, one pair of gloves (later, vinyl, or nitrile) and a personal lubricant that can last for 15 minutes. 

 

It is arguable that the lubricant is one of the most important OM supplies. It is the thing that will have the stroking portion of an OM feel continuous and smooth, so that both the stroker and strokee can focus on connection and sensation. 

 

‘Natural connection’ lube is handmade in small batches using only 100% organic and cruelty-free ingredients. It is made up of only four ingredients - shea butter, olive oil, coconut oil and Japanese berry wax - and contains no additives or fragrances.
